Paul Lee Passes his Black Belt 12th November 2011

Congratulations to Paul Lee who after 5 years of hard training has passed his black belt

Paul worked incredibly hard on the day to achieve this goal: 3 mile run, 26 rounds on the pads to show his knowledge of the syllabus, 10 rounds freestyle on the pads, 10 rounds on the heavy bags, 10 rounds full contact kickboxing with Richard Cheval and Jamie Pinder followed by 75 star jumps, 75 press ups, 75 squat thrusts and 75 crunches.

Whilst staying with a friend in Hong Kong earlier this year, Richard took time out to train with 'Taleek' world 63kg Muay Thai Champion.

Richard said "Taleek is a great guy and amazing fighter and I learnt a lot off him the short time I was there"

It was Dragon Boxing Fight Team's first event held at the Lordswood Leisure Centre, hosted by TKO Promotions.
