Toning
Did you ever notice how boxers and kick boxers have very toned bodies? They
look like they spend hours lifting weights, when the truth is they don't lift
any weights at all. That's the same look you'll get from Kickboxing. You'll get
a tight bottom, toned legs, a fiat stomach and a strong upper body.
