The system
is designed to provide a practical self-defence
model to drastically improve your self-esteem and confidence when
dealing with confrontation and potential violent situations.

self-defence primary methods

secondary methods to develop a strong body and mind
The
syllabus is Karate Jutsu based covering punching, kicking, striking,
takedowns and ground fighting. Focus pads and kick shields are used to
give proper feedback and power development in all ranges. Compliant
methods are used to learn the techniques, but also limited technique
non-compliant methods are used to test the individual to ensure they
can perform under pressure.
