We are a unique family oriented facility dedicated to the mental and physical enhancement of the human spirit.  Our commitment is to helping people be their best through the martial arts.

Our specialized children's programs, ages 4 years and up, are dedicated to child development.  We offer top quality instruction in success and life skills, such as self-confidence, respect, good family values, integrity, honesty, self-discipline, and fitness.

Black Dragon Academy fulfils the fitness & self defence needs of many adults with our high energy kickboxing & Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes. These highly rated programmes are for people of all physical levels.

Our memberships are designed to fit your needs from once weekly BRONZE, twice weekly SILVER and Unlimited GOLD. We also offer Personal Training (PT) in our fully equipped private 'dojo' Classes are offered most evenings to accommodate your schedule.

The classes are broken down into age groups

• RED DRAGON KARATE 4 to 6 years
• BLUE DRAGON KICKBOXING 7 to 12 years
• DRAGON KICKBOXING Teens & Adults
• KARATE Kata & Bunkai 16+ years Private lessons only
• DRAGON MMA (MIXED MARTIAL ARTS) 16+ years

All instructors are fully insured, are CRB checked and hold qualifications in First Aid, Coaching, Instructing, Health & Safety and Child Protection.
